URGENT MAINTENANCE

Urgent repairs should be reported immediately. For any emergency involving personal safety, call 000 first. Recommend styling as a bordered callout in an accent colour, visually distinct from the sections around it. Urgent repairs may include:

- Burst water services
- Blocked or broken toilets
- Serious roof leaks
- Gas leaks
- Dangerous electrical faults
- Flooding or significant water damage
- Failure of essential services such as hot water, heating, or electricity

Not sure whether your repair is urgent? Consumer Affairs Victoria publishes the full list of what legally qualifies as an urgent repair, along with guidance on the difference between urgent and non-urgent repairs and the timeframes that apply.
