Combining financial precision, operational expertise, and creative passion to keep every client experience running smoothly and seamlessly behind the scenes.

Reporting directly to Anthony and Kimberley Orellana, Jessica oversees the administrative and operational backbone of the agency, taking charge of settlements, accounts, campaign coordination and the detailed processes that support every successful transaction from start to finish.

From booking photography, videography, staging and coordinating with conveyancers, to preparing documentation and overseeing campaign launches, Jessica manages every moving part leading up to a property hitting the market. Her ability to coordinate each stage seamlessly ensures every home is presented to the highest standard before launch.

With a calm and highly organised approach, Jessica allows the wider team to focus on delivering exceptional service and results while she ensures operations behind the scenes run effortlessly. Her strong background in accounts and administration, combined with her attention to detail and prompt communication, make her a trusted point of contact for both clients and colleagues alike.
